Luxury bungalow by the water in Lemmer – enjoy the view

Welcome to this spacious and stylish 90 m² bungalow, beautifully situated directly on the water in Aquaronde holiday park in Lemmer. Its corner location, south-west-facing position and views across a small marina make this a truly special place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Friesland.

The property features a generous 26-metre corner terrace, consisting of approximately 12 metres facing south and 14 metres facing west. This unique layout allows you to enjoy the sunshine, water and views throughout much of the day.

Comfort and atmosphere

The bright living room features large windows that bring the water and surrounding landscape into the home. A cosy gas fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere on cooler evenings.

The bungalow has an elegant marble floor with underfloor heating. The bedrooms also have radiators, allowing you to adjust the temperature separately for added comfort.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, combination microwave oven and a new refrigerator.

Spacious bathroom

The modern bathroom is one of the highlights of the property. Filled with natural daylight, it features a toilet, a very large bathtub and a comfortable rain shower.

The bungalow has two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. There is also a separate utility room with a tumble dryer and freezer. A private parking space is available directly next to the property.

You also have access to private Wi-Fi throughout the grounds.

Discover Lemmer and Friesland

The bungalow enjoys a peaceful and attractive location in Aquaronde, while still being close to local amenities. A playground and sports field are approximately 150 metres away. Fresh bread rolls are available on the park, around 200 metres from the property.

Supermarkets including Aldi, Lidl, Jumbo, Poiesz and Albert Heijn XXL are also within easy reach.

The historic centre of Lemmer is close by. Explore the charming harbour, browse the shops, enjoy a meal at one of the restaurants or relax at a café with an ice cream. And of course, Friesland is best explored from the water – with the water right outside your door.

Important information

Due to the peaceful location, parties and noisy evenings on the terrace are not permitted. We kindly ask guests to respect the peace and quiet of the surroundings.
