Welcome to Dolce Vita No. 49, a charming holiday home situated directly on the water in Lemmer. Here, comfort, tranquillity and beautiful views come together to create the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The property accommodates up to 4 guests.

Comfortable accommodation for 4 guests

Dolce Vita features two cosy bedrooms, each equipped with its own television and a safe for securely storing your personal belongings.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal during your stay. Afterwards, enjoy dinner together or relax in the comfortable living area.

Large windows provide beautiful views of the water from the living room, while the bright and welcoming interior creates a relaxed holiday atmosphere.

Relax outdoors by the water

The spacious terrace is the perfect place to make the most of your stay. Relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers, enjoy the sunshine and take in the peaceful views across the water.

For enjoyable summer evenings, a gas barbecue is available. And when the sun becomes a little too bright, the large parasol provides a welcome shaded spot.

As the day comes to an end, the terrace offers a wonderful place to watch the sunset over the water.

The holiday home also has its own private parking space, conveniently located next to the property.

Discover Lemmer and Friesland

Dolce Vita is not only a wonderful place to relax, but also an excellent base for exploring Lemmer and Friesland. Visit the charming harbour, enjoy a meal at a local restaurant or relax on one of the terraces.

Nature and water lovers can explore the beautiful surroundings and discover Friesland's many lakes, villages and waterways.

Important information

Due to the peaceful location, parties and noisy evenings on the terrace are not permitted. We kindly ask guests to respect the peace and quiet of the surroundings.
