Welcome to Sunny Home, a stylish holiday home located directly on the water in Lemmer. The name says it all: thanks to its south-facing location, you can enjoy plenty of sunshine throughout the day. The beautiful flower-filled garden and cosy conservatory make this a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

From the garden, you can walk straight to the private jetty. Sit back and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, admire the view over the water or take a refreshing swim. With its waterfront location, some of Friesland’s most beautiful waterways are right on your doorstep.

Comfortable accommodation for up to four guests

Sunny Home accommodates up to four guests and has been furnished with comfort and relaxation in mind.

The spacious living room is a welcoming place to spend time together and unwind. The new kitchen is well equipped and invites you to prepare delicious meals together.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor; this bedroom, featuring a large double bed, has an en-suite bathroom with a private shower and toilet.

Upstairs, there is a second spacious bedroom with two single beds. This bedroom also has its own shower and toilet, providing additional comfort and privacy.

The entire house features central heating and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.

Modern amenities include free WiFi and a Smart TV with free Netflix, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Friesland or enjoying the waterways.

Right on the water

The direct waterfront location is one of Sunny Home’s greatest features. From the garden, you can step straight onto your private jetty and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Take a canoe trip, rent a boat in Lemmer or explore the beautiful Frisian lakes and waterways. Or simply sit on the jetty and enjoy the view while watching boats pass by.

Everything you need for a relaxing stay

The holiday home has its own private parking space. Guests travelling with an electric vehicle can also make use of a private EV charging point.

Would you like to explore the area by bike? During your stay, you can use one ladies’ bicycle and one men’s bicycle free of charge. This makes it easy to cycle into the centre of Lemmer, visit a supermarket or enjoy one of the village’s welcoming terraces.

Lemmer is a charming watersports village on the IJsselmeer and an excellent base for exploring Friesland. At Sunny Home, you can combine the peace and space of a waterfront holiday home with the lively atmosphere of Lemmer just a short distance away.
